Morning...

Konnichiwa to whomever is reading at 228am, anyway, dinner was awesome!! For the first time ever I actually tried sake, not bad at all. For a single serving it comes in a small bottle with an asian style shot glass turned upside down on top of it and with about four shots worth inside. After asking the host, I found that it is actually drank either in shot style, dropped in a mug of beer or as a shot with a chaser of either Kahlua or Amaretto ( I can't seem to remember which one he said). It's clear and as for the taste it's like warm vodka. I was always under the impression that it was dark with a Guinness beer type of taste. Guess I was wrong. Oh and I also tried plum wine....mmmm, I could so drink my weight in that stuff!!! For those of you that have not tasted it, it's very sweet and very plumish tasting...before you actually take a sip of it, try smelling it first, very enjoyable, more like a dessert wine. The company wasn't half bad as well. Geoffrey and I went to Taisho in Boca Raton where the host actually remembered us and even welcomed us by saying, "Wow, it's been awhile" and I believe it was about a year ago since our first visit. I had also brought my dad once back in March. The sushi has gotten more fresh b/c they make it as you order it now. The sushi used to be premade and then they just picked it off of the tray as you ordered it, well most of it anyway. I am certainly more pleased this time. The ambiance of this place is top of the line. However, it still does not compare to Mr. Sushi, in Tamarac. The freshness there is just unbeatable. As for the movie, War of the Worlds was a awesome! Yes, I agree it was scarey. It had me on the edge of my seat the whole time going, "Oh My GOD!". Ok I'm not going to ruin it for those of you who haven't seen it...but I give it an A-. A especially due to the special effects but a - because it wasn't as climactic as I would have liked. If it wasnt for Geoffrey explaining a little at the end (he read the book and I didn't) I would have been left hanging a little more. I mean the ending was understandable but you end up feeling like you were 99% there.

Overall...I give the night an A+ though...very nice for my last night in Boca Raton, before I am off to Memphis, Tennessee.

Well, I am off to pack, yeah yeah yeah, still not done yet! OH WAIT!!!

I forgot the most awesome part...Geoffrey and I were in Books-A-Million, I think, well, one of those book stores...anyway, since my guildmate JC, my friend Crystal and Geoffrey of course, oh and well I am thinking of going to Japan, are learning Japanese, I picked up The Complete Idiot's Guide to Conversational Japanese. I figured I needed something to read on the plane rides. Kinda thought it was hilarious that there was The Complete Idiot's Guild to Conversational Japanese and also Japanese For Dummies....Geoffrey remarked..."So you have decided that you are an idiot and not a dummy?"...../PIF (Ragnarok for F*** OFF!)

OK OFF TO PACKING

I'm glad to see you blogging. I just noticed that when i tried to post a comment it says you must be signed into MSN to post one. That really really sucks big time. Since your blog is so young... would you think of moving it to blogspot.com and leave corporate america behind?
